They tried very hard to deliver the flowers even when the recipient didn’t answer, they called me and I think I talked with Christina? But they were SUPER friendly and thoughtful and professional and I felt great about everything. They were delivered perfectly and I’m very happy!

My daughter--a student at UW--loved this arrangement. It's larger than it looks! Just gorgeous. I also very much appreciated the ease-of-use Metcalfe's website provides. It's much cleaner, clearer and more organized than others in the area. It made ordering flowers from a distance very easy.
