I spoke with a wonderful person when I called to order flowers. I regret that I can not remember her name. She was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She made the ordering process very easy. When my cousin received the flowers she was very happy and said they were beautiful.

I ordered flowers for my mother who was in the hospital. I had no idea who to order from as I live in Florida. I found Metcalfe’s website. It was easy to use and they had great choices. My mother’s flowers were delivered the very next day. They were absolutely beautiful. So full and colorful.

I'm not from the Madison area but wanted to send flowers to a friend in a Madison hospital. I found Metcalfe's Floral and couldn't be more pleased! They were wonderful in explaining how the order would be handled with the hospital to assure it made it to the proper recipient. When I told Connie what I was thinking of for an arrangement, she came up with the perfect bouquet and colors.
