You folks provided the best customer service. Being out of state I was concerned about ordering flowers for delivery. But you came through exceeding my expectations. The arrangement was gorgeous and I truly appreciated your persistence on delivery. This was my first time using Metcalfe's since I don't live in the area. So many florists don't come close to delivering an arrangement that looks like the picture online, but this time I was shocked at how accurate it was. I ordered the Sunset Embers arrangement in the Deluxe size via the website. The flowers are quality and each one is a nice size. I also appreciate that Metcalfe's arrangements are not typical and have more "style" to them.
